The Team
Kim Briscoe - Vice President of Marketing Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate. Coldwell Banker Mason Morse is the only real estate brokerage firm in the Aspen area with a full-time professional marketing department. Kim brings over 20 years of marketing and real estate management experience to her position, having directed the company’s cutting-edge marketing programs and branding since 2006. She manages all in-house, marketing agency, and web resources to produce award-winning marketing pieces for the company, agents and development projects. She integrated the new Mason Morse branding with their affiliation to Coldwell Banker and has been awarded the 2012 Best Overall Marketing Award and 2010 Best Overall Brand Integration Award by Who’s Who Luxury Real Estate and LuxuryRealEstate.com. She was integral in the redesign of the Mason Morse website typically ranking at the top of "Aspen Real Estate" organic search and Best Places Campaign in 2006, both of which received Bronze Addy’s from the Northern California America Advertising Federation.
John Wendt, III GRI, CRS, MRE – Managing Broker, Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate. John is a Colorado native and grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley. He has practiced Real Estate since 1980 and still lists and sells property; specializing in Bank owned properties and in addition serving a wide range of clients in our challenging market. John is highly regarded in the Real Estate industry throughout Colorado on many different levels. He has served as Colorado Association of Realtors 1993 President, coauthored Agency legislation that defines Broker relationships and their duties. He has testified as an expert witness for many cases including the Attorney General’s office. He is an avid Real Estate instructor, teaching a wide range of courses including among others, contracts, agency, financing, construction, Ethics and the Colorado Real Estate Commission mandatory course. He also continues to serve the local Association of Realtors as President of the Aspen, Glenwood Springs regional MLS and in leadership positions for the local Association of Realtors. He has been awarded numerous awards throughout his entire career.
