Hedge Funder John Paulsen Trades Up in Aspen, BB
The hedge fund billionaire John Paulsen is trading up in Aspen. He has put his beautiful 2009 built mountain conemporary McLain Flats "Aspen Lakes" home, purchased in summer 2011 for $24.5M, up for sale at $29.9M. He'll be moving out of the 13,000 sq ft home to the 55,0000 sq ft Prince Bandar Hala Ranch estate that he bought in summer 2012 for $49M. His new digs have been undergoing significant remodel work in the past year.
