Closings (19) and Pendings (30) Aspen and Snowmass Real Estate: August 2010
New monthly blog feature: In addition to the weekly published sales activity, the prior month's Aspen Snowmass sold and under contract property statistics will be published at the beginning of each new month.
In August 2010, there were (19) Closings and (30) Under Contracts/Pending (links are valid until 10/01/10) in the upper Roaring Fork Valley for all property types over $250,000 excluding fractionals in Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek and Old Snowmass (although Residences at Little Nell and Dancing Bear are included due to their higher fractional price points).
