This was a busy active week before the President's Week Holiday begins. All hopes are that we are poised for an even bigger surge this vacation week - falling at the same time as Mardis Gras and Brazil's Carnivale -  and then, onward through the remainder of the ski season.

Of note, however, there were (4) Residences at Little Nell (RLN) closings this past week for 3 and 4 bdrm units at sold prices of  $1.215M - $1.55M.
