ASPEN REAL ESTATE – Aspen property owners, no matter what part of town they live in, will be able to rent their properties as tourist accommodations as many times as they want, City Council decided Monday. aspen City Council amended its rules governing vacation rentals, which previously capped at two the amount of times a property in a residential or commercial zone district could be rented out.
