Koch filed a lawsuit last month in Palm Beach County against Moss, whom he had hired to do interior design work in his house. According to a celebrity column in the Palm Beach Post, which referred to the lawsuit, Moss was supposed to decorate the 17-bedroom home in a Western theme.“But in Aspen, according to the lawsuit, modern urban decorator Moss didn’t deliver — even though she convinced Koch to hire her because she had done plenty of Western-themed homes,” columnist Jose Lambiet wrote. “She even tried to ‘foist’ non-Western furniture on Koch. The gall!”
