ASPEN REAL ESTATE – Moderator Terry Hale told the sold-out crowd filling the dining room of the St. Regis that Wednesday’s forum with opponents and advocates of the new Aspen Art Museum project was like a “family meeting.”City of Aspen officials, the developers of the Wienerstube parcel and art museum representatives are happy with the outcome of this summer’s month-long review process, which sprung from lawsuit settlement negotiations and resultedin a new museum project for the corner of Spring Street and Hyman Avenue. Others are not so happy with the outcome, Hale said.“So like any good family, we’re going to talk about it,” Hale said. The forum, the latest installment in the “Aspen Business Luncheon” series, featured presentations from museum director Heidi Zuckerman Jacobson, Aspen community development director Chris Bendon and Steven Ferrell, an opposition organizer. Richie Cohen, another leader of the “Saving Aspen’s Character” group opposed to the museum, also was on hand.
