A downtown Aspen penthouse in the new Muse Building at 625 E. Hopkins, next to the new Aspen Art Museum, sold two weeks ago at a record price of $15.8M/$3,126 sq ft. In addition to being one the largest penthouses ever sold at 5,052, part of the purchase price was for ‘air rights’ on the Aspen Mountain side, or south side, protecting the apartment’s views.
