As 2013 comes to a close, the dollar sales volume for Aspen and Snowmass real estate is down slightly but the number of properties sold during the year is up signifcantly. Different sources, including the Estin Report, were used in the article yielding different numbers but essentially the same conclusion: more sales in 2013 but at lower prices.
