It’s not often that a television host advocates for fewer minutes on the air. But one senses that Mike Aubrey, the real estate agent who assesses homes for the coming HGTV series “Real Estate Intervention,” would be happy to have fewer homeowners to counsel. Mr. Aubrey is part agent, part therapist on the show, which shows distressed homeowners how to cope with the collapse of the housing market.
