GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute: This designation is awarded by state REALTOR® associations to progressive REALTORS who complete 90 hours of specialized training and are dedicated to providing the highest level of client services. The course takes 1-2 years to complete and requires students to travel throughout the state of Colorado for course attendance.
ABR – Acredited Buyer’s Representative – The REALTOR® benchmark for excellence in buyer representation. This highly regarded designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to brokers who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. It demonstrates to peers and consumers the broker’s commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers.
CNE – Certified Negotiation Expert: This is considered a world-class Realtor negotiation designation that facilitates superior results in all negotiation situations.
