Property re-sale examples in the Aspen Snowmass real estate market*

Updated: April 25, 2022. Here are examples of remodeled or redeveloped Aspen and Snowmass single family homes, townhomes, condos and vacant land & lots since 2014. Many of these are properties that have been “flipped” – that is bought relatively recently, then remodeled/redeveloped and sold again at higher prices. Or, no change at all except the passage of time in a rising market where present day price increases have been extraordinary. These properties highlight both the ‘power’ of new construction or like new-built product in realizing pricing premiums and Aspen market appreciation. Buyers in general are looking for new, impeccably, well-maintained properties that are  turn-key, move-in ready. They don’t want to ‘do anything’ and are willing to pay top dollar for this.
