Recent Before/After “Flip Jobs” – Examples of redeveloped condo and home in the past few years: These are properties that have sold relatively recently and are now back on market, or likely to be coming back onto market, at significantly higher prices – in most cases redeveloped.  However, in a few situations, nothing has changed other than the passage of time, optimistic developer sentiment and a rising market.
