A downtown Aspen penthouse in the new Muse Building at 625 E. Hopkins, next to the new Aspen Art Museum, sold on 11/20/14  at a record price of $15.8M/$3,126 sq ft. In addition to being one the largest penthouses ever sold at 5,052, part of the purchase price was for ‘view-plane air rights’ on  south side of the condo,  protecting the penthouse views of Aspen Mountain.
