The under contract activity in the past three weeks, with (18) last week, (19) two weeks ago and (20) this past week, is off the charts. Sales activity has even spread to beautiful Old Snowmass where there was a $5M closing two weeks ago and a Sopris Mountain Ranch home listed at $2.5M went under contract last week. Old Snowmass has not seen higher-end activity in the past 2-3 years (other than lower end Little Elk Creek with highly motivated sales).
