This is “old” Aspen beauty as I remember it…When McLain Flats Rd was (is) one of the most striking and beautiful areas in all of Aspen. This site is more or less flat with stunning south views towards Capital and Snowmass Peaks. I love the retro ambiance of the property as is, although any buyer will likely want their own imprint with an update or to start anew. This is a gorgeous site.
