The updated Historic Pace of Sales Charts Q1 2008 through Q3 2019 (thru Sept 30, 19) have been posted in Charts. These charts are broken down by total markets, Aspen and Snowmass, and by property types: single family homes, condos and vacant land and compare sales to prior years. They answer the question “Where are we now compared to prior periods?” and indicate market direction with trend lines.
