Bottom Line: Mar 22, 2021:  The Aspen real estate market continues to sizzle along…High demand, low inventory, historic low interest rates, a search for space, privacy, high taxes in certain areas and changing work patterns are helping to push prices higher. Well priced attractive properties are going under contract within days of appearing in the MLS, if not before.
