03.02.24 WSJ: Luxury sales in Aspen, a sought-after ski destination, have slowed from their peak in 2021, but prices remain high as a result of low inventory, according to a market report by Aspen real-estate agent Tim Estin. [In January, the median Aspen home price was $11.547 million, down 28% from the same period of last year.] Interior designer Holly Hunt recently sold a roughly 13,000-square-foot Aspen mansion for $70 million in an off-market deal. “Buyers suffer from a lack of choices,” Estin wrote in the report.
